Pharmacological action:
1. Inhibition of prostaglandins: inhibition of the formation of the prostate
cord in the fibroblasts of mutant 3T3 mice transformed by methyl
anthracene, with a median inhibitory concentration of 42.0UM (ID50).
2. Enzyme inhibition: inhibition of total sugar reductase in rat lens,
